With this cosy cottage, you get the best of both worlds. You’ll be surrounded by peaceful farmland with views stretching to the Firth of Forth, yet bigger towns are all just a short drive away. Even Edinburgh is under an hour away by car. Better still, the garden is a lovely spot to unwind on sunny days – and if you’re lucky, you might even spot your neighbours – the friendly Highland cows nearby. Inside, the living room is warm and inviting, especially with the wood burner going, while the kitchen has everything you need for easy meals at home. We couldn’t think of a more peaceful, countryside retreat.
