Hot tub, sauna and a cinema room – you may not get out much here. This place is set up for staying in, with a sociable open-plan space upstairs and a terrace where you can soak up the fresh sea air. It works well for groups, with plenty going on whether you’re here in summer or for a quieter break. When you do head out, Watergate Bay is just a minute’s drive away (or a longer walk if you’re feeling keen). The South West Coast Path runs nearby too, with clifftop walks towards Mawgan Porth or along to Fistral if you’re up for it. Newquay is close, with plenty of places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking.
