Floating staircases lead the way through the three floors of this modern home – a lift makes the climb easier – which encompasses multiple lounges, outdoor dining terraces, a games room, and a home cinema. With all this to enjoy, there'll be no bored moments – and if you feel like exploring, the golf cart and bikes make it easy to get around the 30A area.

The lead guest at this home must be at least 25 years old.
Please note that bedroom five is in the carriage house.
There's space for up to two cars in the garage, and more space on the driveway.
Bedroom three includes one double-over-double bunk bed, in addition to the three standard bunk beds.
This home includes the use of a six-seater golf cart and six bicycles.
Between 1st March and 31st October, guests are provided with two beach chairs and one umbrella.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. The swimming pool isn't fenced, and the home has floating staircases, so please supervise children at all times.
