Just moments from the emerald waters of the coveted 30A coastline, this modern four-level home is well set up for a coastal group retreat. While the location is the star here, the details hold their own too – from the private lift between floors and the included golf cart and bicycles, to the rooftop terrace with sweeping Gulf views, plus a pool and Jacuzzi for laid-back days at home. It’s pet-friendly as well, so the whole family can come along. When it’s time for the beach, you’re spoiled for choice nearby, while local seafood spots and relaxed Southern eateries are all within easy reach along the coast.
