Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
With two living rooms, a private garden, and even a small gym tucked inside, this London townhouse has a lot going for it. The lower-ground conservatory is a particularly nice touch, flooding the kitchen and dining space with natural light and opening straight onto the garden for easy summer lunches or evening drinks outside. The location is another big plus. Set between Islington and De Beauvoir Town, you’re close to canal walks, independent coffee shops, pubs, and local boutiques. Nearby stations like Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington make getting across the city refreshingly easy when you eventually decide to leave the postcode.

About Islington
Tree-lined terraces of very enviable Georgian townhouses, amazing restaurants, coffeeshops, and gastropubs, it's not hard to see why Islington is so popular with affluent media types. It's very well connected (ten minutes on the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus) and it's got a wonderfully residential feel - almost totally tourist free for some strange reason. Have a roast lunch at the Drapers Arms on a weekend and you'll quickly realise what makes Islington living so sought-after.
