Perched in the hills above Studio City with sweeping views, this mid-century house delivers the kind of panoramas that make evenings feel effortless – the city spreads across the valley below, best appreciated from the heated private saltwater pool or the hillside hydrotherapy hot tub after dark. Inside, the sunken living room with original wood beam ceilings and a fireplace makes a strong case for staying in, while the vaulted main bedroom catches the same panorama at dawn. A steam shower with LED lighting, stone soaking bath, and canopied deck round out a home that earns its hillside address. The home sits in a quiet, residential part of Studio City. It's peaceful by local standards, but you're still within easy reach of the Sunset Strip and Hollywood.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
This is a split-level hillside home with stairs between levels and to the pool – something to keep in mind for guests with limited mobility.
Speak to your host if you'd like to use the fire pit – access is on request only, due to hillside fire safety.
Some interim construction work is taking place on a neighbouring property – there may be some noise on weekdays during the day.
