This former schoolhouse is the ideal destination for a group getaway or family celebration. Located on a 3000-acre estate, there’s so much to do here. You can fish or kayak on the loch, try your hand at pond dipping, or build a den in the wood. Your host can even deliver a picnic for you to enjoy while you’re out and about. Back home, the dining table is ready-made for sociable meals and you’ve got a private hot tub to enjoy – the perfect spot to stargaze once the sun’s gone down. We doubt you’ll ever want to leave, but if you do fancy a day trip, the historic town of Pitlochry is a twenty-minute drive away.

Home truths
While not all of the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Four of the bedrooms can be configured as either doubles or twins – you’ll need to state your preference in advance. The fifth bedroom is a twin only.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay. A dog cage is available on request.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot, high chair, and stair gates for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
Between April 1st and November 1st, you’ll be able to use the tennis court here, and borrow kayaks and a rowing boat to use on the estate’s loch.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There are two electric vehicle charging points here.
