If you like the idea of staying close to Cannes without being right in the thick of it, this apartment strikes a nice balance. Set in the residential Alexandre III district, it keeps things quieter while still putting the beach, the Croisette, and Port Canto within walking distance. Gazagnaire Beach is less than ten minutes away on foot too, making spontaneous morning swims very achievable. The apartment itself is compact but thoughtfully laid out, with two balconies giving you somewhere to catch both morning coffee and evening sun. After a day wandering around Cannes or hopping over to the Lerins Islands, it’s the sort of place that’s easy to come back to and properly switch off.
