This is a studio, so the sleeping and living areas share one open room. It's a well-suited setup for a couple or solo traveller, but there's no separation between spaces.
You're right in the heart of lower Manhattan, so street noise – particularly from Fifth Avenue – is part of the experience. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
Parking in New York City can be expensive and tricky to find, so we recommend using the subway or taxis to get around during your stay.
Please note that New York City's heating season runs until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April through the summer, your host will install window air conditioning in the apartment – let them know if you'd like an earlier installation.
