Please note that New York City's heating season runs until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April through the summer, your host will install window air conditioning in the apartment – let them know if you'd like an earlier installation.
Parking in New York City can be expensive and tricky to find, so we recommend getting around on foot or by subway – the West Village is well connected by subway.
The kitchen is well-appointed but small. We think it's best for light bites.
