The studio layout means it’s a little lacking in space, but this practical pad has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You can easily catch a ferry to towns like Bellagio and Varenna, or stay local to wander Como’s historic streets.

This home has a studio-style layout where the bedroom and living area are in one room, so privacy may be limited.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the single pull-out bed in the living area. This might be best suited to a child.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
A car isn't essential here, however if you're planning to explore further afield we recommend hiring a car. One free parking space is available – this is only suitable for smaller cars less than 2.2 metres wide and parking requires reversing into a car elevator.
