This is a lower-ground-floor apartment, so stairs will be required for access.
The single sofa bed is located in the consveratory, which is attached to the main bedroom nad has direct access to the garden. The single bedroom is also located off the conservatory, meaning you'll need to go through the main bedroom to access both of these rooms. We think it's a good set up for families, rather than friends.
A security camera is installed in the back garden for safety purposes only. It is not actively monitored, and footage is reviewed only in the event of an incident.
