Home truths
You'll need a car to get around – Valmondois is a rural village in the Île-de-France countryside and is not walkable to Paris or a wide range of shops and restaurants. Free parking is available on-site.
The estate is large – with eleven hectares of gardens, ponds, equestrian facilities, and multiple outbuildings, you'll be covering real ground between the different areas. Comfortable outdoor footwear is a good idea.
If you're planning any kind of event or gathering during your stay, you'll need to notify your host in advance – parties and undeclared events are not permitted under the house rules.
There's an unfenced pond in the garden here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
While the fifth bathroom isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
