This Victorian home demands to be the setting for a grand get-together. Nestled in the two acres of private gardens are a swimming pool, tennis court, cricket lawn, and an outdoor dining gazebo, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven. And the famously capricious British weather needn't halt the festivities – retreat inside this historic home for a game of snooker or ping-pong, followed by an evening of dancing in the disco room. The annexed suite is perfect for those seeking private space, while the interconnected bedrooms are ideal for families. A ten-minute walk brings you to the harbour in Megavissey, the starting point for stunning Cornish coastal walks, and St Austell is just a fifteen-minute drive away.

This home comprises a main house with eight bedrooms and a separate suite, with a kitchenette, a short walk away.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's parking space for up to 10 cars.
Although this home is wheelchair accessible, all the bedrooms are on the first floor.
Your host can provide up to two cots and two high chairs for little ones upon request – just bring your own cot linen. Please note that there is an uncovered pond in the fenced Chapel Garden.
The swimming pool is only available for use between Easter Weekend and the end of September.
If you wish to use the tennis court, please bring your own tennis rackets and balls.
The barbecues are only available from April to the end of September.
