  • Some bedrooms and bathrooms aren't photographed, but expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

  • Four bedrooms can be configured with either super king-size beds or twin beds – let your host know your preference during booking.

  • This home is set across three floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs. It may not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.

  • Your host can provide a free cot and high chair for little ones – please request this in advance of your stay.

  • Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you upon request – just make sure they stay away from any carpeted rooms.

  • Trout fishing on the River Isla is included with your stay.

  • The tennis court is available on request.

  • While there's plenty to keep you busy on the estate, we recommend hiring a car here. Free parking is available. Pitlochry Station is thirty-five minutes away, the nearest cafe is a five-minute drive, and the nearest shop is fifteen minutes away by car.
