With direct access to the beach, this Sardinian villa is a great choice for those wanting a seaside getaway. You’ll also be treated to views of the sands and sea as you relax on the private balcony or dine alfresco. And you’ve got a roof terrace here as well – while it’s unfurnished, it’s the perfect spot to photograph the 180° panoramas. Inside, the views continue from the living area, which we feel may be a bit small to comfortably accommodate everyone at full occupancy. For days when you’re not at the beach, the popular resort town of Porto Cervo is a five-minute drive away, and there’s a golf course within walking distance.
