Set across five floors, this home in Holland Park is a fabulous find. The refined rooms offer a warm welcome after a busy day – styled with plush furnishings and jewel tones, they feel instantly inviting. And there are luxuries that you don’t often find in London, like a pretty garden, private balconies, and a basement gym and steam room. This floor also features a kitchenette and an additional living room that leads to the garden, giving your group more space to stretch out. Beyond the front door, you’ll find coffee spots, cosy pubs, and the open green spaces of Holland Park nearby, while Notting Hill is just a short walk away. It’s a city break, but better.

Home truths
While bedroom six isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
This home is set over five floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
Your host provides a starter supply of travel-sized toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. There are shops nearby for stocking up.
Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the fridge freezer in the basement kitchenette.
A gardener attends once a month to maintain the garden, so they may visit during your stay.
Parking in London can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

Local guide
About Holland Park
Filled with mews streets, stucco mansions and green spaces, Holland Park is an idyllic neighbourhood sandwiched between Notting Hill, Kensington and Shepherd's Bush. Holland Park itself is one of London's most picturesque green spaces with a rich history. Today, the park boasts an open-air theatre and opera, Japanese-style Kyoto Gardens and a family playground. For dining, try Julie's and The Belvedere, and for a refreshing pint or aperol spritz, the Mitre and The Ladbroke Arms are a couple of great, classic British pubs in the area.
