Slide back the glass doors in the living room for endless views, or retreat to the main bedroom's private terrace and outdoor Jacuzzi for quiet, lazy afternoons – two of the bedrooms here have private entrances for even more privacy. Hanioti Beach is a short walk away, with cafes and restaurants close by, and the rugged silhouette of Sithonia visible across the water on a clear day.

Home truths
The villa is spread across three levels, so you'll be using the stairs regularly as you move between the living areas, bedrooms, and terraces – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
You're about 80 km by car from Thessaloniki Airport, so factor in roughly an hour's drive at each end of your stay. Hiring a car is worth considering – there's private parking available on the premises.
If you're arriving by helicopter, there's a helipad on site – worth flagging to your host in advance so they can coordinate your arrival.
Two of the five bedrooms have their own private entrances from outside – a thoughtful setup for groups who want a little independence, but it does mean those two rooms are accessed from the exterior rather than from inside the main villa.
This home shares a site with a second villa, but the two homes don't share any outdoor areas, so you can be assured of privacy.
