Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This Rome apartment boasts a large garden and a hot tub, so it’ll be easy to relax and unwind after a busy day seeing the sights. The kitchenette here may be on the small side but it’s fully-equipped. And once you’ve cooked up a pasta feast, you’ve got the choice of eating at the indoor table or dining alfresco. You aren’t directly in the city centre here, but with plenty of bus stops nearby, you can be at many of the main attractions – including the Vatican and the Colosseum – in about half an hour. We think this home is ideal for a couple or solo traveller wanting a comfortable base outside of the tourist hustle.

About Monteverde Nuovo
To the south of its counterpart, Monteverde Vecchio, are the newer high rises that make up Monteverde Nuovo, mostly built in the last 50 years. This is a vision of Rome without the tourists, offering an opportunity to live and shop as the Romans do - the vegetable markets have significantly lower prices than those in the historic Campo de' Fiori. Despite the eponymous hill and the tall buildings don’t expect great views here, as most face away from the city centre, out to portuense and beyond.
