Comprising two custom-built townhouses sitting side by side in the Blue Ridge foothills, this home is made for groups who want breathing room without being apart. Each home has its own deck looking out over tree-lined grounds – ideal when the mountain air cools and the outdoor fireplace comes into its own. The Blue Ridge Parkway and the Mountain-To-Sea Trail are half a mile away, while downtown Asheville's breweries and restaurants are a six-minute drive, and the Biltmore Estate sits just four miles from the front door.

This booking covers two separate townhomes sitting next to each other, not a single connected residence. Your group can spread across both, but you'll step outside to move between them.
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on sofa beds – there's one in the rec room of each home.
You'll need a car to make the most of your stay – the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountain-To-Sea Trail are half a mile away, but downtown Asheville and The Biltmore Estate require a short drive. There are three parking spaces in the driveway of each home, six in total across the two.
The washing machine and dryer are only available in one of the homes, so if laundry comes up during your stay you'll need to head next door to use them.
