Tucked into the pine and palm-fringed edges of Inlet Beach, this house sits right on the edge of Camp Helen State Park, with a scenic trail behind it leading straight to Lake Powell – handy for paddleboarding, kayaking, or just a quiet morning walk to the water's edge. The community saltwater pool and dock add to the outdoor pull, while a deck surrounded by greenery makes evenings at home feel easy. The public beach is under a mile away, and two bicycles are included for exploring the 30A stretch at your own pace.

There is active construction on the neighbouring property, so you may notice noise, workers in the area, and occasional disruptions during the day.
You'll have two parking spaces on the premises. We suggest hiring a car here, as it's the easiest way to explore. Your host also provides two bikes.
The beach is a short drive rather than a stroll from the door – though you can walk to the lake via a scenic walking trail behind the home.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It's shared with the community's other residents. Please note that it's unheated.
