At full occupancy, at least one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the den.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
Outdoor amenities – including the barbecue, hot tub, and deck furniture – are only available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you're visiting outside that window, plan for indoor entertaining only.

About Truckee
On the border of California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe is one of the largest bodies of water in the US. As you'd expect, it's an area of astounding beauty, but the lake has also made a name for itself as a centre for both winter sports and water sports, as well as hiking and cycling.
