Three neighbouring condos perched above the Pacific, this San Clemente house is built around one standout feature – a private rooftop terrace where a hot tub faces an unbroken stretch of ocean. The marble bathroom with its freestanding bathtub holds its own too, and there's a fireplace in the main living area for cooler evenings. Outside, Calafia State Beach and the surf breaks that have made this stretch of Southern California famous are a short stroll away, with the cafes and boutiques of Avenida Del Mar close enough for an easy evening out.

This home comprises three separate units.
Unit two does not have air conditioning.
Bedroom four sleeps six guests in two single over double bunk beds. This room is best suited to children.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Avenida Del Mar's boutiques and restaurants are a short drive away rather than walkable from these condos, so having a car will make your stay considerably easier.
Each unit comes with two garage parking spaces, though units two and three are sized for medium cars – if you're arriving in a larger vehicle, it's worth checking with your host before you travel.
