Few houses put you this close to the Pacific – the lawn runs straight to the shoreline, the veranda looks out over open water, and four of the five bedrooms have balcony access to wake up to breaking waves. Mornings here have a rhythm of their own: coffee on the veranda as the surf rolls in, then down to the beach before the day has properly started.
