You'll need a car to reach the beach – the nearest access point at Blue Mountain Beach is 0.6 miles away, and Gulfview Heights is 1.5 miles. Most errands along the 30A strip will also require driving.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Driveway parking here fits two vehicles – if you're arriving as a larger group with multiple cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
