A multi-level Gulf Coast villa that earns its rooftop the hard way – every floor has something worth the climb. From the pool terrace, you can drift between sun loungers and a barbecue soundtrack, then head up to where panoramic views of the Gulf stretch out from a covered lounge with a fire pit above. Getting to the beach is effortless with a six-seater golf cart included, and the surrounding area keeps things low-key: Dune Allen's coastal dune lakes and quiet stretches of sand are far removed from the busier stretches of 30A.
