The indoor pool and pavilion sit in a separate structure from the main house, connected by multiple sets of stairs. If you're travelling with young children or anyone with limited mobility, factor this into your plans.
The driveway fits up to seven cars, but please note that there's no garage access here.
There is ongoing construction in the community during your stay – worth bearing in mind if you're sensitive to daytime noise.
You're a twenty-minute drive from Pigeon Forge, and around the same distance from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so you'll want a car to make the most of the area.
