Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Woodland-fringed and lake-adjacent, this pair of lakefront homes are built for the kind of holiday where you lose track of time. A private dock with a boat slip gives direct access to the water, and two kayaks are ready whenever you want to head out. Back on land, there's a pool, a hot tub, a game room, and – when evening arrives – a private movie theatre with stadium seating. The fire pit and barbecue make for unhurried nights outdoors, all set against the forested grounds that surround the place on every side.

Home truths
The accommodation here is set across two neighbouring houses, each with seven bedooms.
At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the futons in the living area – there's one in each house.
The indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use, so plan your cosy evenings around the outdoor fire pit instead.
If you're planning to bring your own boat, note that water depth at the dock can vary with natural lake fluctuations. We recommend checking Lake Norman nautical charts and depth maps against your vessel's draft before arrival.
Each driveway fits up to eight cars, giving you space for up to sixteen vehicles across both units combined. No street parking or parking on the grass is permitted.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
