You'll have parking for up to four cars here – one in the garage and three on the driveway.
The golf cart on the grounds and the Forest House within the community are both reserved for owners only, so you won't have access to either during your stay.
You'll have access to the community's amenities here, including the pool, fitness centre, parks, lakes, fishing, paved pathways, tennis and pickleball courts, and a basketball court. They're shared with other residents.
There is ongoing construction in the neighbourhood, so expect some daytime noise during your stay.
Bikes are not provided here – you'll need to hire them from a local rental shop if you'd like to explore the pathways or surroundings on two wheels.
The fourth bedroom is set up for children, with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed.
