Tucked right alongside the shoreline, this lake house is built around the water – from the glass-enclosed sun porch where long dinners unfold with the lake stretched out before you, to the private dock where kayaks and paddleboards sit ready to launch. A hot tub and fire pit are prime for evenings when you'd rather stay put. Younger guests have a bunk room and a games-filled garage to keep them occupied, while the main suite opens directly onto the porch. Through the surrounding community, a boardwalk, beach area, and boat launch are also on hand.

The bunk room has a sleeper sofa in addition to the two bunk beds, giving you a little extra flexibility for sleeping arrangements on that floor. The two bunk beds include a double on the bottom and a single on top, and each sleeps three guests.
You can bring your own boat, but there's no lift at the dock and the home sits on a busy channel – worth factoring in when planning your arrival by water.
You'll have up to five parking spaces on-site.
For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms here. The main suite is designed for accessibility, with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The private dock with comes with lake toys, including a kayak, a paddleboard, and an assortment of life jackets, all available for your use.
