Each floor has its own private entrance, kitchen, and living space – the downstairs bar seats seven for lazy breakfasts, while the upstairs lounge has a gaming console loaded with arcade classics for evenings in. Come sunset, the back garden barbecue earns its keep, and the covered front porch catches the Gulf breeze when you'd rather do nothing at all.

The home comprises two self-contained apartments, connected via an exterior staircase.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in one of the living areas.
Bedroom four sleeps five guests in a double over double bunk bed and a single bed.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It's shared with other guests.
There’s free parking for up to three small cars on the driveway. Guests can also use the garage.
Active construction is currently underway in the city of Destin, so you may notice some noise or disruption in the wider area during your stay.
