Sitting on a three-quarter-acre lakefront lot on Lake Norman, this villa is built around water in every direction. The saltwater pool – complete with a water slide – anchors the outdoor space, with a covered dining deck and fire pit pulling the group together as the day winds down. From there, a paver path leads to the private dock, where kayaks and paddleboards are ready to launch. Inside, the all-season room and a well-stocked game room keep things lively when everyone finally comes in from the lake.
