Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Parking for two cars is available on the premises.
In winter, you'll need a vehicle with all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive to reach the cabin. Carrying tyre chains and fitting all-season or winter tyres is also required, as snow and icy conditions are common on the approach.
The barbecue and all outdoor furniture are seasonal – they're only available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you're visiting outside those dates, plan accordingly.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are not permitted at any time due to Lake Tahoe's wildfire regulations. The indoor fireplace is your go-to for that cosy cabin atmosphere.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
