Sitting right on the shores of Lake Norman, this mid-century house is built around the water in every sense. A private dock with kayaks and paddleboards means you're out on the lake the moment the mood strikes, and the saltwater pool with a fire pit alongside keeps things going long after sundown. Inside, the double-height games room is made for big groups, while a dedicated bunk room with built-in bunks and a hidden TV area means younger guests have their own corner of the house to disappear into.

The pool is saltwater but unheated, so swimming comfort will depend on the time of year – plan accordingly if you're visiting outside of the warmer months.
If you'd like to rent the pontoon boat, make sure to get in touch with your host at least twenty-four hours before your stay begins – last-minute requests can't be accommodated.
The fireplaces in the pool room and main bedroom are decorative during your stay – they're not available for guest use, so plan your evening warmth around the fire pits outside.
