Two lakefront mansions on Lake Norman, bookable together for groups of up to forty-four, this is the kind of setup that makes a large gathering feel effortless. Each house comes with its own private dock, outdoor pool, hot tub, and screened porch looking straight out over the water – so there's no jostling for the best spot. A waterslide, kayaks, game rooms, and dedicated movie theaters with stadium seating mean rainy days are as well covered as sunny ones. When you're ready to venture further, Lake Norman itself is North Carolina's largest man-made lake.

The accommodation here is set across two neighbouring houses. Both homes are three storeys tall with stairs between every level – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the futon in the living area of one of the houses.
If you're bringing your own boat, water depth at the docks can't be guaranteed due to natural lake fluctuations. Your host recommends checking Lake Norman nautical charts and depth maps against your vessel's specifications before you arrive.
There's free parking for up to twenty cars on the driveway.
