This neighbourhood has a strict noise ordinance, so it suits quieter groups. There's no amplified music allowed outdoors, and quiet hours run from 9pm to 8am – worth bearing in mind if you're planning a lively trip.
You'll find two driveway spaces here, plus limited street parking nearby with no restrictions – a car is useful given the home's coastal location and the thirty-minute drive to downtown.
If you're travelling with little ones, a high chair and cot are already on site. Your host's concierge service can also arrange baby gear rentals and additional equipment if you need them.
