The living room fireplace is decorative – it's not available for you to use during your stay.
If you're planning to bring your own boat, water depth at the dock can vary with natural lake level fluctuations. Your host recommends consulting Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps, and using your knowledge of your vessel's draft before navigating.
The layout spans three levels – the primary bedroom is on the main floor, four bedrooms are upstairs, and the game room is on the lower level, so you'll be moving between floors a fair amount during your stay.
There's free parking for up to five cars on the driveway. Please note that the owner has their vehicle parked in the carport. You can park beside or behind their car.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
