More than 200 feet of shoreline on a quiet cove gives this house a rare sense of waterfront life – launch from the dock, warm up in the lakeside sauna, or let the evening drift away around the fire pit. The separate boathouse, with its own king bed and balcony overlooking the water, adds a welcome layer of privacy for larger groups. Inside, the Spanish Revival bones are the real story – century-old hand-hewn beams, handmade clay tile, and curated antiques that make the space feel lived-in and considered. A nearby marina can deliver boat or jet ski rentals straight to your door.

Home truths
With all fourteen guests staying, the shared living spaces can feel snug, especially the living room, kitchen, and dining area – there are six dining chairs and four breakfast-bar stools, so not everyone can eat together. The outdoor table and games room provide natural extra space.
There are a significant number of steps down to the lake – worth bearing in mind if you're travelling with young children, older guests, or anyone with limited mobility.
You can park up to five cars on site. The driveway is steep, so take extra care if you're arriving or departing in icy or snowy conditions.
The interior fireplaces are decorative, making the fire pit outside your go-to for a cosy evening.
The sixth bedroom is located in the boathouse. It has its own entrance, a small kitchenette, and an en suite shower.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed, a lofted single bed, and a bunk bed. It can sleep up to four children.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
