Two houses sitting across the street from each other, with rooftop hot tubs on each and Nashville's skyline glowing behind them – this is a setup built for groups who want to stay close without being on top of each other. One house leans into cabin warmth, with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and bedrooms themed after National Parks; the other deals in retro personality, with a custom guitar speaker sound system, an Edith Bunker piano, and a dedicated game room. Broadway's honky-tonks are a ten-minute drive away, and the Pontoon Saloon river cruises depart less than half a mile from your door.

These two homes sit across the street from each other rather than under one roof, so if your group splits across both, you'll be stepping outside each time you want to come together. It's worth planning which activities happen where before you arrive.
We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Two parking spaces are available directly in front of each home, giving you four spaces in total across both.
Quiet hours run from 9pm to 8am and are strictly enforced – worth bearing in mind if your group is planning late nights in.
At full occupancy, some guests will sleep on sofa beds – a set-up we think is better suited for children.
