A private boardwalk leads straight from the patio to Singleton Beach, so the Atlantic is never more than a few steps away. Back at the house, the infinity pool terrace sits open to the dunes, and four covered balconies mean there's always somewhere to watch the ocean from – morning coffee or evening wind-down, take your pick. Inside, exposed ceiling beams and a fireplace anchor the main living space, while a fourth-floor entertainment level adds a bar, pool table, and a second kitchen for when the group wants to spread out. A concierge service can stock the fridge, arrange a private chef, or sort beach gear before you arrive.

Home truths
This is a four-storey home with a lift available, though it may not always be operational, so you may find yourself using the stairs between levels fairly often.
The fireplace in the main living area is not available for guest use, so it's purely decorative during your stay. The griddle feature on the range cooker has also been disabled for safety reasons, meaning you won't be able to use it when you're cooking.
Your host kindly asks that you refrain from opening the casement windows during your stay, which can easily be damaged by strong wind.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and high chair.
While you can walk to the beach from here, a car is handy for exploring further afield. There's free parking for up to five cars.
