Sitting on the shores of Lake Norman, this ivy-covered brick house is built for groups who want room to spread out and a reason to stay close to home. The outdoor pool and hot tub overlook the lawn with glimpses of water through the trees, and a private dock puts two kayaks at your disposal. Indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows pull the lake into the living room, while a recreation room with a pool table and bar gives the evenings somewhere to land. Step outside from the main bedroom and the terrace is right there – a quiet moment before the day begins.
