The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
This is the upper floor of a duplex – the lower floor is occupied by a separate tenant. You'll have exclusive use of the upper level, rooftop patio, and balcony, but the lower-level patio is not yours to use.
The laundry room is shared with the downstairs tenant, so you may need to work around their schedule for washes.
You'll enter via a dedicated stairway to the upper level, so this home isn't suited to guests with reduced mobility.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
This home comes with bikes for guest use.
Parking is available on the premise – you can use any space except for the two spots closest to the garbage bins (furthest from the ocean). Please note that trash is collected on Monday mornings, and bins may block cars from Sunday night through Monday evening.
