The apartment sits on the third floor and you may hear footsteps or noise from neighbouring units above and around you – worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
There's a lift to reach the third floor, but it's managed by the building rather than your host, so it may occasionally be out of service. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, it's worth factoring in the possibility of stairs.
At full occupancy, the living area sleeps four guests on two sofa beds – one double and one queen. We recommend the double for children, or for one adult sharing with a child.
