Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Tucked into a quiet cove on Lake Norman, this house is built around the water in every sense – a covered dock stretches out over the cove for paddleboarding and kayaking, with two kayaks included, while a pool and hot tub sit steps from the shoreline for days when you'd rather stay close to home. A wrap-around porch with generous seating makes alfresco meals easy, and when the weather turns, a cinema room keeps a large group entertained. Rustic cabin character runs through the interiors, grounding the lakefront setting without losing any of the comfort.

Home truths
The main bedroom is set up for families with little ones. It has a king bed, two double-sized sleeping cubbies, and a full nursery with a cot and a single bed.
The fifth bedroom has a single-over-double bunk bed, which sleeps three people and is best for children. The other bunk room has two single-over-single bunks and a pull-out trundle underneath. These are also best for children.
A futon is available on the upper level if needed – though do note that the capacity cannot exceed the guest count.
The indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use, so the fire pit outdoors is your go-to spot for evening fires.
The gravel driveway has space for up to eight cars.
Water depth at the dock can't be guaranteed due to natural lake level fluctuations. If you're planning to bring a boat, check Lake Norman nautical charts and your vessel's draft specifications before arrival.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
