Sitting on a peninsula lot on Lake Norman's main channel, this house earns its sense of seclusion – over 600 feet of private shoreline wraps around it, with water visible from nearly every room. The vaulted great room pulls in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, while outside, a saltwater pool and spa sit right at the lake's edge. A covered dock comes ready for a rented boat, with kayaks and paddleboards on hand for the group. When the sun drops, the lakeside fire pit with Adirondack chairs takes over, and the converted garage games room keeps everyone busy long after dark.

Home truths
One room has three sets of bunk beds, sleeping eight guests in total. Two bunks are doubles on the bottom and a single on top, while the third set is a standard single-over-single bunk.
The indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use during your stay.
There's free parking for up to five cars on the driveway. Kindly note that there is no parking in the garage.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Your stay includes three kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards for guests' use.
