Ski-in, ski-out access is the headline here – you're a four-minute walk from the slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort, with Lake Tahoe's shores equally close. Back at the house, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame partial lake views from the great room, where comfy sofas and a stone fireplace make après-ski evenings easy. When the weather cooperates, the timber deck comes into its own – barbecue fired up, mountain sunset unfolding through the pines. A twenty-minute walk brings you to Chamberlands Beach and Tennis Club, with a lakeside restaurant and historic bar en route.

Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
The deck, barbecue, and all outdoor furniture are only set up between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you're visiting outside that window, the outdoor spaces won't be available.
Just so you know, there's no air conditioning here.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange baby gear rentals including cots and high chairs through the concierge service. It's worth requesting in advance so everything is ready on arrival.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on floor mattresses. We think this arrangement is better suited to children.
