Sitting right on the edge of Lake Norman, this house makes the water impossible to ignore – wall-to-wall windows across the main living areas frame the lake, pool, and backyard in one broad sweep. The double-decker dock takes you out over the water itself, while the terrace and pool below are made for long, unhurried evenings. Inside, the primary suite earns its keep with lake, hot tub, and dock views alongside a soaking tub. A bunk room and a dedicated office mean this house works as well for working trips as it does for family gatherings.

You can park up to six cars on site – spaces are restricted to the driveway only, with no parking permitted on the grass, in the garage, or on the street.
The fireplaces are not available to use during your stay.
The pool and hot tub share the same heater; if the hot tub is turned on, pool heating will automatically pause. The hot tub operates on a four-hour timer, after which pool heating resumes automatically.
