The apartment is on the second floor of the building with no lift access, so you'll be carrying luggage and beach gear up the stairs on every arrival and return.
Parking is in a shared public lot rather than a reserved private space, so you won't always be able to park directly outside. You'll want to factor that in if you're loading and unloading beach equipment.
If you're travelling with a baby or toddler, your host's concierge service can arrange baby gear rentals in advance – worth sorting before you arrive so everything is ready on day one.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
