The barn bedroom sits separately from the main house, and its nearest bathroom requires stepping outside to reach – worth bearing in mind if you're planning who sleeps where.
The entertainment barn doesn't have air conditioning or heating, so comfort there depends on the time of year.
Wi-fi here can be irregular due to the rural location, so if you're planning to work remotely or stream heavily, it's worth having a backup data plan.
