Spread across three floors with multiple balconies, it handles big groups without feeling crowded, and the two king en-suite bedrooms each opening onto their own private balcony are a particularly welcome touch. Alys Beach is a seven-minute walk away, and the walkable village of Rosemary Beach is ten minutes on foot – both worth your time on the 30A coast.

Before you arrive, you'll need to complete guest registration online – a link is sent after booking. On arrival, collect your parking passes and wristbands from Guest Services. It's worth building a few extra minutes into your check-in plans for this.
There are three parking spaces included with this home. Seacrest Beach also has parallel parking available along community roads if you're arriving with additional vehicles.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a futon in the upstairs snug. While this home also has a double sofa bed in the main living space, which can accommodate two guests, the maximum occupancy is 12.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools and private beach here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
You'll need to climb steps to the front door of this home. There are further steps inside the home, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
